All photography, images, text, graphics, logos, and other content on the Site are the property of York Adventures (Michael York) or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. All rights are reserved.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, sell, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent. Purchases & prints

Prints sold through the Site are made to order. By placing an order you agree to provide accurate information and to pay the listed price plus any applicable shipping and taxes. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. Print production, delivery, damage, and refund details are set out in our Shipping & Returns policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Accounts

Some features require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Third-party links & affiliates

The Site contains links to third-party websites and services, including Amazon Associates affiliate links and Mexico Club (Hotel Xcaret Destination Club) referrals. Our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for that purchase.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which York Adventures operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located there.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted, and the “Last updated” date above will reflect the revision. Your continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
